Important Delivery Terms & Conditions

Due to the high volume of online orders during the lockdown period, we will be making some adjustments to our ordering system to ensure that all orders are delivered as efficiently as possible.

Unfortunately, our ability to make changes to orders will be suspended during this period. Any items on your order that are not in stock will be automatically replaced with a substitute item. If no suitable substitute is available, the items will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for them. If you do not wish for out of stock items to be substituted, then please reply to your confirmation email with the message "Do not substitute".

Our minimum delivery order is $150.00 plus a delivery fee of $25.00. Orders over $500 have no delivery fee.

Every effort will be made to facilitate next day delivery, however orders received late in the day may be received the day following. 

We will contact you on the day of your delivery to confirm the final amount and you will need to pay by credit card over the phone. Our delivery partners will then contact you and confirm your delivery window.

Once your order is confirmed and paid, you will not be able to make changes. Any additional items will need to be on a subsequent order.
